Worked with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in Dubai as a Support Manager for
Support Services over a period of 1.5 years and over all working years in ADP is10 plus
years.
As a Leader of Support services I was entrusted to handle Support for entire Middle East,
supporting most renowned dealer with a help of a small team in Dubai and in India. Support
involvement is more of techno consultations with Autoline. Working closely with Indian
Offshore team and managing and growing team in India was part of my responsibility. On a
day to day basis I was involved in managing customer escalations and working with the team
to achieve customer satisfaction. Part of the job was to ensure the state of art practise and
improve the software quality in liaise with internal department and customer. Quality
Management was something which was best put to practise with different global teams.
I was working as a Product Lead in ADP prior getting promoted to the Team Lead and the
main objective is to provide Support / Programming related support for Autoline and also
provide consultancies on the package.
Initial scope of work varied from customizing the standard Autoline- DMS product according
to the customer need to the level of consultancies. Provide enhanced Software Consultation
on Autoline according to the business need for Automotive Dealer. Autoline is an ERP
software package from ADP and it mainly cater to the automobile industry as a total
integrated system for the entire business. Apart from setting up the system also took part in
data conversion from other system to Autoline.

Worked with IAV India Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore for 1year and 6months as the Technical Head in the company. I was involved in leading overall projects in India for Audio Visual and System Integration, managing more than 60 staff with three Project Managers.
The main objective is to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a group of Technical Staff and deliver within stipulated time. Involvement in the project from concept design to reality which includes the coordination between finance to sales team and finish & deliver the project along with the technical team.

Worked as Associate - Business Consultant with Sanvika Info Labs for 6months, a company having it's base in Bangalore and subsidiary of Virtually Management System Inc., USA.

Job Description
While the primary responsibility of the job involved marketing of finished products to dealers in the trade, the other important area of my responsibility was overall supervision of the manufacturing process and quality control on preset norms. This gave me sufficient exposure and experience not only in marketing in the primary and secondary markets but also leadership skills in man-management.
