Driving innovation and technical thought leadership for the enterprise, liaising with AMI IS General Manager and Business Departments Heads in developing the IS Roadmap for future business requirements.

Coordinating with IS/IT teams across other Nissan entities for rolling out global applications locally.

Successfully implementing fully-integrated enterprise-wide ERP functions for a litany of key clients including ASMAK Fish Farming (Ajman), Bahrain Precast Company, United Precast Concrete UAE & United Precast Concrete Qatar, EPM, Ajmal Perfumes (Dubai), Al Dobowi Ltd (Jebel Ali), Bahrain Airport Services (Bahrain), Icell Telecoms (Dubai), Gulf Plastics Industries (Bahrain), OTSC (Oilfield & Technical Supplied Centre, Bahrain).
Key Responsibilities:
Commanded ERP implementation functions - BPM lifecycle including business process study, gap analysis, writing functional specifications for new functions & reports and configuration.
Partnered with offshore Development team in creating holistic solutions - design, development & unit testing.

Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) Process Owner, ensured that the technology solution provided satisfies the documented, approved requirements.
