Have 11 years plus experience with HSBC Global Resourcing, Banking Operations Business Services. 7 years in a managerial capacity handling Account Opening & Account Maintenance Processes. Expertise in Operations, Process & Project Management along with Overall Operational Efficiency (OOE) Management.

Handle a team of 20 Customer Service Executives, managing complex & High Risk Financial Services Authority (FSA) governed Identification and Address Verification (ID&VA) process ensuring expectation of regulators / customers were met at all times.

Drive Process improvements to provide enhanced customer service and improved efficiencies through Six Sigma Projects there by providing sustainable cost savings to the Bank.

Provide clear leadership to the team and exhibit ownership of Business to ensure effective workflow management, team and individual performance against objectives and Performance Level Agreements are met.

Facilitate continuous improvement through identification, implementation and sharing of best practices with peers & line management and develop cohesive teams.
