● Managing daily shop operations of all Angola Stores; planning inventory movement from warehouse to various shops in

● Conducting periodic maintenance of premises to meet the regulatory norms
● Ensuring maintenance of GSDP norms within the warehouse & storage at shops
● Reviewing the inventory process at all sites, ensuring physical stock & system stock variances are maintained at zero levels
● Reporting any quality related issues through QCR, indicate the quarantine need, destruction need, taking advice from BM for
action it out; ensuring all invoiced goods get moved out of premises; keeping a track on cash at shops & daily deposit/
accounting at bank
● Administering inventory (FEFO), warehouse & security seals tracking
● Analysing on data logs & timely updating on serious changes; managing all utilities to ensure smooth functioning of
operations
● Management of shop personnel and ensuring their deliverables are as per agreed KPI
● Managing legal matters of the company; advising on legal and regulatory matters and risk management; implementing
strategies to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
● Formulating and implementing administration policies in the organization and managed various activities like
transportation, housekeeping, security, purchase of stationery & office equipment; responsible for the management of
critical and general office facilities and amenities
