Presently part of the procurement team, leading the team of 3 focusing on running end to end sourcing programs on various categories like Transportation, MRO, Packaging, Blades, Pharmaceuticals, Apparels, Temp Labor and so on. Conducting Cost Analysis for various categories globally and identifying opportunities for a given category by using spend intelligence to generate value-enhancing business insights. Creating & managing end-to-end RFPs followed by bid evaluation and classifying key negotiation levers on multiple price components to achieve the savings targets.

• Creating, running, and managing Auctions, RFQs & RFIs on Erfx tools

• Analyzing vendor data and preparing supplier negotiation strategies.

Recently on a MRO study drove ~4% savings of (USD) 3M on overall baseline using spend analysis and competitive bidding while driving savings using strategic sourcing tools and benchmarking of prices of services and materials

part of digital procurement sourcing team where I was responsible to support internal stakeholders in identifying spend for global categories using analytics reports and by generating business insights. In addition, I was also responsible for managing and running end-to-end RFPs on sourcing platforms for categories like, transportation & logistics, warehousing and MRO and providing bid analysis for strategic initiatives to identify areas of growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Assisting stakeholders worldwide in preparing RFQ’s and RFI’s for further negotiations with the vendors.

Being a part of Inventory and warehouse management team my role was to track and manage shipments of parts and equipments across the globe running behind schedule. Ensuring order fulfillment and supporting other logistics optimization activities by running root cause analysis.
Analytics team was responsible for zero error noise less delivery in meeting the SLA’s with initiatives for automation and cost savings ideas. Where I also managed process excellence and innovation initiatives for better business operations.
