Final system camera and component layout documentation preparation for customer.
Multiple NVR, DVR, VMS and associated hardware (work stations, routers, switches) installation and setup.

Act as the specialist CCTV technical liaison with the implementation team this position is based client sites with visits to the job site location to support the role and tasks. Also support other disciplines of the project in various project office locations.
Produce high level and detailed design technical documentation including cad drawing review development and including construction documentation.
To be responsible and accountable for the proposed integrated technical solutions design across various subcontractors and documentation.

problem areas and to articulate trends for root cause analysis. To liaise with
problem management to give a more permanent problem resolution. To
proactively identify & highlight issues, to reduce the possibility of system
downtime for users.
To provide required statistics and assistance to Customer Support Services
Managers(s) in regular Customer services reviews.
To implement proactive maintenance on peripheral devices on a recurring
schedule to eliminate possible incidents and minimize possible impacts on
customers. To review and oversee the maintenance of service, support and
documentation standards and procedures on an ongoing basis.
Ensure escalation and other sectional procedures are maintained,
proactively informing management of process or procedural improvements.
Configuring and troubleshooting the following network resources and
devices:
o Cisco 4500 Series, 3500 Series and 7600 Series and ME-3400 Series Switches.
o Huawei S3K, S9K series switches and Ericsson GPON
o 3COM STACK 4400 Switch.
o I3 Micros and Tilgin Modems \[182, 292, 452, and HG Series\].
o Zhone Switches working based on ATM technology.
o Mediatrix 1124, 1104, 1102 Voice Gateway.
o Nortel Softswitch for telephone.
o Tandberg ITTV Video portal.
o MS IPTV Video Portal and Decoders \[Tatung, Motorola and Cisco\]
o Alcatel Lucent Vital QIP IP Management System.
