▪ Human Resource representative to align the business objectives with employees and management in Qatar Foundation
- Communication Directorate business unit
▪ Work with department Executive Directors for drafting manpower plan with budget and departmental structure in line
with departmental annual business plan
▪ Work with Workforce team on finalizing yearly staff cost, workforce planning, budgeting and Hyperion entry
▪ Liaise with Human Capital team to recruit, effective workflow, employee grievances, assist in training and
professional development activities.
▪ Closely work with Human Capital Talent Acquisition team for Directorate’s all recruitment. Handle all phases of
talent management and ensure it meets the SLA.
▪ Support the candidate in ensuring the process is done as per the procedure, CIED, Medical, sponsorship transfer etc.
