From (October 2009 to Feb- 2011): -
Served in "Adam Smith International" a UK based British company working on development projects, poverty elevation and Government reforms in different countries. My services for the said company as Logistic Manager/Financial Manager. The project is funded by British Government for the development of "Statistics Division" Government of Pakistan. My role is encompassed aspects of financial management, project documentation, office procurement and logistics support to international consultants as under:-
❖ Cash management
❖ Maintaining the salaries of supporting staff
❖ Cash disbursements
❖ Arranging transportation and airport pickup and drops for international advisors
❖ Booking tickets, guest house and hotels
❖ Office repairs and maintenance work for the project office,
❖ Security measures for national for National and International advisors
❖ Making payments to suppliers and services providers.
❖ Organizing meetings, workshops and their booking at various hotels, food arrangements
❖ Checking e-mails and responding accordingly
❖ Managing supporting staff and drivers duty schedule

My working Areas are: - rental sales agent, national and international customer dealing, customer satisfaction and compliance the same. Providing Information's to National and International customers about Company product and services, preparing DBR (Daily Business Report), DSR (Daily Sales Report), Cash handling as "Rental Sales Agent", letter drafting and reporting to the authorities and directives. Receiving reservations for company product, office maintenance, assigning duties to supporting staff/ subordinates, performing multiple tasks under the directives of authorities, acceptable managerial aptitude.
