Serving Ministry of Health as a Project Manager in the delivery of complex projects across Saudi Arabia and other middle eastern countries

❖ Acceptance test: Measurement of VSWR, TRX power, Return/Cable Loss by Site master (Bird).
❖ Preparing BTS documentation like site investigation report, Installation document and finally AT report.
❖ Maintaining 99.99% of uptime of all sites.
❖ BTS sites rehoming from one BSC to another BSC without effecting performance of network.
❖ To manage routine alarms in the network. Investigate the alarms (major & minor), resolve fault within stipulated time & reassurance with GNSC. All major/minor alarm as reported by GNSC attended and rectified.
❖ To carryout network modification from time to time like TRX additions, deletions, MW hops reconfiguration, upgrade etc.
❖ Swapping and Expansion of NOKIA Flexi BTS.
❖ Coordination with RF team to improve KPI in cluster.
❖ Coordination and getting resolved the issues related to Infra by the corresponding teams.
❖ E1 bypassing and dropping.
❖ Acceptance testing of cell sites according to standards specified.
