 Attending patients, listening patient’s problems and guiding them to respective department
 Managing Medical claim, maintaining updating about Insurance Std. exclusions, approval and coverage.
 Medical coding and E-claim submission, approval managements, claim verification
 Motivating, leading and co-coordinating the staffs and training other staffs
 Maintaining good contact with insurance companies and managerial team.
 Med Soft updating (tariff, company, networks, billing) and clarification with team and train other staffs.
 Cashiering
 Conducting various check-up camps across UAE
 Medical centre floor support act as customer service and outpatient support.
 Preparation of various reports for management
 Over all managing branch in the absence of manger.
