Responsibility :
• Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment
• Conducting focus inspections regarding hazardous related issues and point out to the management.
• Coordinating with construction team for the ACS jumping and ensuring adequate safety measures are taken during pre and post ACS jumping.
• Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality
• Monitor gas inspections at are conducted as required.
• Promoting safe practices on site
• Conduct and participating weekly test of Fire pump at PFT for its effective working
• Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
• Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs
• Coordinating and participating drills and exercises on managing emergency situations

• Verifying that all safety reports are submitted to related government institutions.

Responsibilities :
•Manage the day-to-day OH&S aspects of the project and to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and complied.
•Conduct Safety as planned, timely and accurately. Monitor gas inspections are conducted as required.
•Effective Implementation of Permit to Work system on the project.
•Ensure Implementation of OH&S requirements and Project Specific H&S Plan and monitor effective implementation on site.
•Drive safety awareness campaigns and promote positive safety behaviour/culture on their assigned projects.
•Meeting customer requirements relevant to Health Safety.
•Participate in accident investigation, root cause analysis and provide assistance in preparing reports.
•Identifying and act upon opportunities for improvement to safety related matters.
•Liaise with Project Managers / Client / Contractors as deemed necessary for discussion on project safety matters and to resolve issues.
•Implement and monitor OHS and Environment System.
•Assist in employees briefing and safety training.
•Attending project meetings and preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibilities :
•To ensure and maintain applicable statutory and regulatory Forms as per SHE Summary legal register and submit the applicable Forms to statutory bodies as per the schedule, for eg. (Form 3, 5, 8…)
•Conduct SHE inspections as per Inspection plan at Primary production, Packing, ETD, LNG, Canteen and other Process/Non process areas submit report to reporting officer
•Identify potential hazards/Unsafe acts/conditions at the workplace/activities and submit report through reporting officer to concerned department
•To conduct weekly test of Fire pump at PFT for its effective working
•To ensure contractors are working with approved work permits
•To conduct training for security staff on Emergency preparedness and working of Fire pump on monthly basis (records to be maintained)
•Monthly prepare Safety Index report and submit to reporting officer
•To conduct quarterly inspection of Fire equipment’s and safety equipment’s for eg: Fire Extinguishers, Eye washer, Fire bucket etc…
•Conduct weekly housekeeping inspection at PFT and submit report through reporting officer to concerned department
•Daily updating the SHE observations in Action Item tracking register and ensure the compliance/close out of observations
•Update the SHE registers namely “action item tracking, unsafe act, PPE issue, accident/incident”
•To ensure compliance of (Internal and External) audit observations are closed within the target period.
•Organize Safety Committee meeting on quarterly basis with the participation of workers and management representatives and follow up of decisions taken for implementation
•Participate in Injury and accident / Incident Investigations and measure the effectiveness of the CAPA to prevent recurrence of any such incidents
•To improve employee participation on reporting near miss and thus preventing/reducing the accidents/incidents
•To assist in achieving the departmental SHE objectives and targets
•To ensure monitoring of: (a) Air (b) Noise (c) Ammonia (d) Heat stress (e) Effluent treated water (f) Drinking water at PFT are conducted as per scheduled plan
