 Providing technology solution consulting and offering strategic account management services, to large business enterprises as well as small-mid market business clients across the EMEA region.

 Customized project management & solution offerings in Digital Workplace, IoT, Wireless, Mobility, IT Hardware, Networking and Cyber-Security, Cyber Resilience, Cloud Solutions, Interactive Unified Collaboration Services & IT Infrastructure solutions, to ensure client satisfaction while meeting business KPIs.

 My profile involves interacting and working closely with C-Level executives on a daily basis for DaaS, SaaS, CaaS, IaaS, PaaS & MaaS queries, to build a close rapport with them for developing and retaining their business enterprise accounts. This also includes providing timely and technical consultations for renewals of software, solution & service contracts pertaining various vendors.

 My job is also to ensure customer success by means of providing technical consulting, demos, proof-of-concepts, solution designing as well as selling, client retention and year on year growth.

 I work with business enterprises belonging, but not limited to Media & Leisure, Real Estate, Education, BFSI, Retail, Aviation and Aerospace, Government Organizations/Public Sector, Telecommunications, FMCG, Hospitality and Healthcare sectors.

 Vendors I am currently working with are Apple, Cisco, Meraki, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Huawei, Palo Alto, HP, Dell EMC, Kaspersky, VMware, Forcepoint, Fortinet, Infoblox, Riverbed, Symantec and many more.

Accomplishments: Enabled my organization to be the first IT system integrator in the EMEA region to sign Apple + HP Device as a Service contracts with a major ride-hailing company & a financial giant. Initiated an Apple iPad deployment project for a world-renowned multi-national aviation company for 4500 iPad units to be managed via MDM & deployed across major departments for streamlining of operations; successful designing and deployment of collaboration & cyber-security solutions to major named business enterprises, are among some of the many successful IT solution accomplishments achieved. I also conduct workshops and create marketing plans for Apple, cyber-security, networking and complete IT infrastructure solutions for our clients which results in an overall direct 60% increase in total revenue of the business year on year.
