up the status of every shipment and updating to
customers.
• Procurement of Wooden pallets and Plywood
sheets for bulk drug cargo.

Logistic Executive (2009 to 2012):

• Responsible to get Air and Sea Freight
Quotations from Freight Forwarding Agents and
preparing comparative sheets for LCL and FCL
shipments.
• Follow-up Quality certificates with QC. Arrange
for dispatch of Material from warehouse by
coordinating Production, Packing and Warehouse
personnel.
• Inspecting the condition of specific
consignments at container depots after palletization
and heat treatment/fumigation and container
stuffing.
• Cross verification of freight bills as per
quotations for each and every shipment and
process them to finance department.
• Updating Export shipment data in ERP.
• Monitoring Pre shipment and Post shipment
documents of Exports.
• Responsible to get all required Post shipment
documents as per Purchase Order (PO) or Letter of
Credit (L/C) terms and conditions.
• Dealing with Government bodies like Central
Excise and DGFT for export related transactions.
