Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
•Providing administrative support to the Procurement Team on a daily basis, as well as responding to store communications and supplier inquiries.
•Developing strong work relationships with the Merchandising Planners and assisting in team communication management.
•Assisting the QA Assistant with information required for their department.
•Generating Purchase Orders (PO) for suppliers and reviewing new POs created by other Purchase admins in the Oracle System as desired by buyers or planners.
•Following up with suppliers on a weekly basis to inquire about shipping progress and bank account information.
•Responding to calls from suppliers and inquiries from customers.
•Managing the Pivot Chart Report in EXcel for Shipment and Bank Information.
•Engaging in daily, weekly, and monthly report preparation and maintenance.
