(Control Engineer) in Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) from 21/1/2017 up to now) and the Main duties in this work are:
Monitor & Control of the 33kV, 22kV, and 11kV Distribution Networks of Abu Dhabi Emirate to ensure safety rules are applied during all activities in the network and to insure the voltage level within standards & Reports all over-loaded power transformers and/or feeders to Protection Section.
Restoration of Supply on 33kv, 22kv, &11kv Distribution Networks and Assists the operations engineer in the isolation of fault during that and coordination with OHL section, Cable section & Generators section if needed and sending SMS for VIP customer.
Updates and maintains database of the distribution network On KPI Reports , Maximo & OMS, and Prepares Incident Reports and report the same to Reporting Section & Submit RSB reports on time.
Review maneuvering and Reports all Network Modifications (NMOD) to Operations Planning Section.
• Training in JEPCO (17/9/2006 to 26/12/2006). Firstly : Working in JEPCO (Electrical Distribution Company) in Scada section from 10/9/2007 to 9/10/2011 as Senior System Control Engineer & the Main duties in this work is: 1. Preparing daily faults reports, monthly max. Loads reports, overloaded feeders and transformers, schedule outages and emergency outages, emergency planes in case of system failure or abnormal conditions. 2. Preparation of (33 & 11 Kv) transformers and feeders loads reports and review loading of Network transformers according to installed capacity & other operating parameters. 3. Issues permit to works (PTW), sanction for tests (SFT), isolating & earthing certificates etc... for work in the field and ensures for proper isolation and earthing. 4. Insure the feeding needed to the substations of (33/11kv) and (11/0.4kv) for maintenance or instruction or fault occur on the system. 5. Supervision and control of the electrical MV substations using ACS SCADA system, monitoring power flow, tracing electrical faults and preparing switching plan in case of urgent maintenance or electrical faults . 6. System study and development, analyzing weakness points & deficiencies of the system, making proposals based on statistical and technical analysis finalized with suggestion and recommendations. 7. I have worked on a program using VBA (Visual Basic Application) to calculate the performance indices and compare it to the European standards to check if they are within the allowance limit (SAIDI, SAIFI, TTIK, EENS). 8. Knowledge of Electrical Distribution Equipments like Transformer & Circuit breakers & Cables ….etc. Secondely : Working in JEPCO in Electrical Network section from 9/10/2011 until now as (Senior Low Voltage Distribution Engineer & Operation Engineer) & the Main duties in this work is: 1. Planning for the electrical grid in case of new customer needed to (0.4 kV) Poles, cables & over head lines and Supervision on the installation. 2. Service connection supply plus construction of Distribution Networks with a good knowledge of Distribution Planning and manpower management 3. Writing reports that help in solving grid problems of (11, 0.4 kV systems) . 4. I have helped in fixing high voltage faults on (33/11kv) and (11/0.4kv) sometimes and installation of new substation on (11/0.4 Kv). Note: I have the perfect employee in Jepco in Madaba region (9th of oct. /2011). Thirdly : Working in JEPCO in Street lighting Deoatment from 6/7/2015 until now as (Senior Street lighting Engineer ) & the Main duties in this work is: 1. Organize and manage all things that related with the lighting Technicians. 2. Coordination with municipalities for construction and maintenance of lighting street network. 3. Writing reports that improve the performance of electrical lighting networks. 4. Helping Emergency section in the urgent cases. 5. Supervision on the field work for technicians. 6. Coordination with the department of tenders to approving the tenders. 7. Design and install and maintenance of street lighting panel.
Fourthly : Working in Ibn Omairah Company (Saudi Arabia) in H.V department & Unified Contract Projects management from 18/8/2015 until now as (Senior Project Engineer) and the Main duties in this work is: 1. Supervision on installation of 132kv cables. 2. Coordination between the Contractors & subcontractors and Company with Scec. 3. Identifying requirements; designing systems and products; reading design specifications and technical drawings, planning system. 4. Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales; working with standards. 5. Liaising with others in the design team; liaising with clients and contractors; attending meetings on site; recording, analyzing and interpreting test data. 6. Proposing modifications and retesting products; qualifying the final product or system; servicing and maintaining equipment; preparing product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations; monitoring a product in use to improve on future design. 7. Construction Administration, sub-Construction Administration, purchasing, cost control, schedules, quantity surveying in Proposing the HSE inspection & Quality procedures(QA/QC) in Unified Contract Projects management in Technical office management. 8. Unified Contract Projects Management in North Riyadh Region( Sceco) - Supervising and managing the preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, commissioning, dismantling and trouble shooting of all (cables, substations) of the electricity distribution networks. - Coordination between all concerned parties’ for work. Skills 1. Microsoft Office Suites. 2. Course (30 hour) in Mathlab Simulink. 3. Good in AutoCAD. 4. Member of Jordan Engineers Association. 5. Member of Saudi Council of Engineers. 6. Driving license (Jordanian & Saudi Arabia). 7. GCC Experience.
