• Prepare and submit the group’s monthly financial results, budget and quarterly rolling forecasts and complete the reporting requirements to the parent company
• Preparation of MIS reports and highlight the variance in the monthly performance review meeting as to its causes and measures to adhere to the Budget.
• Prepare and submit Quarterly VAT report to FTA, UAE.
• Assisting CFO to make financial decisions especially for investments.
• Controlling the Cash Management with Cashflow statement on monthly basis.
• Perform detailed account analysis and corporate month-end processing and reporting.
• Supervising employees to maintain the updated data of their related departments.
• Review the monthly Business Activity Statements and review all monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and perform inventory reconciliations.
• Supervise the annual audits (internal and external).
• Improve existing processes and streamline workflows with the help of Oracle JDE Edwards 9.1 ERP.
• Providing support to the new users with regards to ERP.
• Statutory & Internal audit of various entities.
• Performance Reporting. (Including Profit, Debtors and Creditors)
• Payroll verification.
• Project feasibility study for upcoming ventures.
• Preparation of Working Capital requirement for the client and guiding the client in the application of working capital finance from the bank.
• Supervision of junior auditors and trainees
