• Ensure the implementation of the Human Resources & Personnel Department’s objectives, plans, policies & procedures and assure they serve as basis for the Human Resources & Personnel operations.
• Assist the Corporate Support Services Director in developing the annual budget and ensure all subordinates are working towards achievement of the division’s goals and objectives within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
• Monitor the operating results of the Human Resources & Personnel department, compare them to established goals and objectives, and report results to the Corporate Support Services Director.
• Ensure compliance of Human Resources & Personnel department’s operations policies and regulations in order to avoid any discrepancies or unsatisfactory results.
