Main Tasks
* Manage 30+ security guards on two different sites (attendance, lineups, revising VPSHR and use of force rules, delivering
uniforms, training, checking on posts, receiving posts reports, scheduling next shift posts, handling rosters).
* Supervise various daily tasks and reporting incidents/violations.
* Offer security & operations inductions to new employees and expats.
* Supervise entry/egression of vehicles, employees, tools, and equipment through site gates.
* Following up visitors’ status on site.
* Monitor traffic status and potential problems outside sites.
* Supervise clear desk policy before cleaning/maintenance procedures.
* Security escort for VIPs.

* Send security, travel advice, master Egypt incidents, and warden files to distribution lists.
* Follow websites and news channels (if major incidents exist), and send media reports.
* Follow journey management plans (JMPs) requests.
* Monitor and report overnight garage status (company vehicles tracking, parking violations).
* Operate access control systems, monitor CCTVs, and upkeep of handheld radios.
* Revise access policy for (temp, visitor, and service temp) access cards.
* Update camera checklist sheet.
