Following up and monitoring sales daily operations, analysing sales data and predict forecasting and ensure payment collection, maintain customers relationship networking, and achieving targets.
- To provide Admix & Surface Treatment Lab & Site technical support to the sales staff.
- To benchmark competitors’ products and work on cost engineering Fosam Admix products
• Onsite sales support whenever & wherever required.
• Support customers in developing the right mix designs and optimal usage of our admixtures range.
• Support sales staff in technical requirements raised by admixture customers.
• Provide and coordinate specific Admix training for sales staff and customers where needed.
• Assist sales and technical staff to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer complaints.
• Continuous benchmark against competitors and cost engineering of our own products.
