My responsibilities as Netlog and Twoo team member (January 2010 - till now):
I have been working as a moderator for (ar.netlog.com) and (twoo.com) it’s a social network website.
My tasks is working on helpdesk which is the costumer care center for this site, dealing with all kinds of abuses on the site, moderating text comments and pictures and training the new employees.
