- Provide enhancements to existing applications. Define systems requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives. Coordinate conversions and upgrades to current systems.

- Manage the middle-east team in UAT & Regression testing for current & newly introduced systems.
- Analyse the functions and modules currently being used by the customer to see if it can be improved on. With a clear focus on customer services it is done by training; awareness of required standards or methods.
- Prepare models, structured documentation and mock-ups/prototypes to describe the current state situation, analyze gaps, assess options, propose recommendations and define the future state solution
- Contribution to design, development and improvements to all CHEP business systems including SAP, SAP tools & myCHEP®
- Control System Audits, by integration of the system data and by personal visits to customers, the procedure and practices in used by customers within CHEP MENA, to ensure good practice.
- Conduct bi-yearly focus groups with customers & staff in conjunction with other technology groups to collect, understand and transmit the value of Business Systems.
EDI Specialist - MENA
- Leaded the conversion of key customers from manual reporting into EDI reporting (CGF, X12 856)
- Assist customers in EDI implementation. Review & test outcomes.
- Assist in troubleshooting of EDI transactions and workflows.
- Identify, analyze and communicate all exception errors to the appropriate trading partners.
- Delegate non-EDI issues to the appropriate resources.
- Resolve processing issues from other departments.
- Assist in transition of EDI systems to next-generation environments.

Systems Trainer
- Managing all requests for training, sending out training invitations and booking clients on dedicated ECAP training sessions.

- Conducting exceptional and unplanned calls when required by clients to assist in an urgent or specific matters relating to Portfolio-Plus® or any other business system usage.
- Control all CHEP System training material ensuring availability and quality.
- Conversion of current material and development of new training material on a professional standard and quality.
- Responsible for conducting Customer Management training and ensuring awareness of reports available in CHEP online and that the customer manager knows where to obtain these reports and how to use them.
- Training CHEP staff on how to use any new business system or any new business system updates.
Hire Stock Audit Controller
- Plan & schedule periodic inventory stock audits for customers.
- Set up all related SOPs & KPIs.
- Coordinate with customers on audit dates.
- Explain to the customer the reason & the procedure of the audits
- Coordinate with other teams on their roles during inventory audits.
- Make sure that auditors are aware of all pre & post audit requirements.
- Collect audit results & work on analyzing results after being captured.
- Send reports to both CHEP & customer’s managements along with audit results.
Product Specialist - bayt.com
As a product specialist I was asked to train Bayt.com clients on the use of our online services, audit their satisfaction as well as motivate the repeat usage of Bayt.com products and services. As a Product Specialist I was available to assist the clients with any issues they might have. The professional attitude was the key for my job role.
