For over 6 years now, I have been working mainly at the division of thorax, vascular and interventional radiology. The hospital is the largest hospital in Norway, and one of the largest hospitals and trauma centers in Europe.
My current position entail providing apt reporting of diagnostic radiological studies as well carrying numerous procedures like biopsies. Before that, I worked at the same hospital as a specialty trainee doctor and participated in the radiological on-call team responsible for among other things for providing care for trauma and stroke patients.
My skills are based on a wide experience in all imaging modalities within general radiology, in addition to chest and heart imaging. I do possess a multidisciplinary experience in oncoradiology, as well as solid experience in numerous interventional procedures/biopsies.

The Department of Radiology is rather a large one employing over 200 personnel and producing about 400 thousands examinations per year. I completed rotations within neuroradiology, GI-radiology, interventional and pediatric radiology, with ample exposer to all modalities. In addition, I participated in the radiological on-call team responsible for among other things for providing care for trauma and stroke patients.

During my time here, I had good exposure to and experience on musculoskeletal examinations with different modalities. The hospital is one of two tertiary centers in the country for rheumatic diseases, with obvious focus reflected in the dedicated share of radiological examinations performed annually.

District hospital with general radiology duties covering all conventional surgical and medical departments. On-call duties include stroke patients as well all other emergency admissions and providing urgent basic interventional procedures.

Worked in both ward and an out-patient clinic for old age psychiatrists. Participate as well in on-call rota in high security psychiatric ward.

In this period I did short term locum jobs mostly in A&E and ENT

2 months locum job at the ENT department, surgical cover on-calls.

This was a speciality training programme for general practice during wich I worked in geriatrics 4 months, ENT 4 months and accident and emergency 4 months.

Completed the 2 years Foundation Programme, worked at internal medicine, general surgery, orthopaedics, accident and emergency, cardiology and psychiatry.
