• Conduct workshops and work-groups to set direction and strategy of the legalization setup, and analyze is influence on business operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of Syriatel business and operations with regulatory framework, and code of practice.
• Licensing new products, services and offers including E-Payment, and E-Signature.
• Handle regulatory operations of telecom interconnection business with other fixed and mobile telecom operators.
• Maintain a good relationship & communication with various telecom regulation bodies, telecom operators, and internet service providers.
• Handle preparation and submission of Syriatel comments and suggestions of the consultation about Regulatory Directives and Framework.
• Participate in the preparation and negotiation phases of acquiring Syriatel Mobile License by providing regulatory assessments based on International best practices.
• Represent Syriatel in coordination committee meetings with telecom regulation bodies and mobile operators in the scope of regulatory affairs.
• Work with team members on regulatory development and influence of the regulator on the legislation setup.
• Conduct system audit activities (audit planning, preparation, execution, reporting, follow up, closing and analyzing) as per risk plan.
• Ensure effective organization and control over system assurance unit activities.
• Plan audit and ensure effective preparation, conduction, issuance and closing of reports.
• Conduct audit activities in the scope of marketing, sales, customer service departments.
• Conduct information security audit in the scope of MIS, technical departments
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Conduct pre-sales visits and provide reports and technical information.
• Prepared quotations and negotiated prices, sales terms and maintenance agreements.
• Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Involved in the entire sales cycle from lead generation, presentation, analyzing client requirements till sales closure and professional services.
