· Teaching students various concepts of IT Technical support at the associate diploma and diploma level including occupational health and safety, computer hardware and software setup, configuration and troubleshooting. Computer networking and security and how to provide client support.
· Developing diploma curriculum through lesson planning, preparing student handouts flash cards, PowerPoint presentations, lab guides, etc.
· Assessing students practical skills by designing, implementing and grading practical assignments based on practical real work life scenarios to cover the required SSS skills learning outcomes.
· Assessing student knowledge by designing and conducting knowledge based quizzes and tests.
· Prepare students for both the capstone and CBT exams.
· Support students in their OJT and developing their employability skills.
· Delivered IT courses for Networking Technology TVTC Diploma and prepared the students at the end of the two year diploma programs for TVTC comprehensive exam where most cohorts achieved more than 85% pass rate.
· IT Curriculum development for diploma students and customized courses for business clients and other certificate programs.
· Prepared trainees to set for International certifications like MCP, A+, CCNA, and MCSE.
· Supported centers computer networks, labs setup and lab readiness for technical courses.
· Technical setup & maintenance for international testing centers (Thompson Prometric & Pearson VUE).
· Managed the scheduling, enrollments & coordination of all delivery resources.
· Managed the quality of training delivered at the center.
· Managed & support classroom & business technologies.
· Directed the staff internal training & development.
· Delivered seminars and career nights to customers and product knowledge to sales.
· Installed and maintained the Netg Learning Management System and Mentored Learning Lab.
· Delivered online training using Adobe Connect.
