As MEP Manager representing the developer (Osool Integrated Real estate Co) for all tenants fit out works at Granada business park and Granada Mall at Riyadh city.

The lead of facilities management in KSA. I lead the establishment of the new office in Riyadh. from construction to the issuing of all the required licenses to operate the facility. I was also taking the lead in resourcing and registering the required vendors to operate the business and the facilities in KSA.

• Managing Fit out of Nielsen new commercial offices in Riyad & Amman.
• Delivered Nielsen 1st office in KSA and in Jordan.
• Managing Facilities Operations & maintenance of Nielsen Media offices in KSA & Jordan.

• Saving initiatives by resourcing & registering local logistics partners which saves above +500K SAR.
• Overseeing Fit out progress from initiation to closure for Nielsen new offices in KSA & Jordan.

1. Sep 2020 - August 2021: Kinan Malls Jeddah & Makkah region (2 shopping malls, 2 strip malls).

2. June 2019 -Sep 2020: Bank Saudi Fransi Central Region (All Central region branches, 2 headquarters buildings, +160 ATMs)

3. Dec 2015- May 2019: Gosi investment hotels in Madinah-KSA (3 Hotels with Total floors area: 230, 000 seq mt).

Team Leader for Medium/Low Voltage Substations Operation & Maintenance(Lot2 Princess Nora university);
-Leading a Team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for operations & maintenance of number of 21 Medium voltage substation and over 50 Low Voltage Substations (Lot2 Princess Nora university);
-Prepare Planned Preventive maintenance schedules (monthly, yearly, master plan) for Medium and /Low
Voltage Substations;
-Responsible of the communication with the consultant (DARALHANDSA) and other contractors regarding all electrical power issues in the university;
-Create shutdown procedures for the main RMU MV/LV .;
- Responding to MV/LV power breakdown;
-Corrective maintenance for Low/Medium Voltage distribution network(Schneider Electric and ABB
panels);
-Testing of MV Switchgear (Relay test, CB test, BB contact resistance test);
-Testing of MV transformers(Winding resistance test, insulation test);

I worked as electrical engineer for 7 months at a power plant station in Sea port Corporation Sudan, gaining good theoretical and practical skills in:

electrical drawing,
