Teaching postgradute students, helping them to complete thesis as co-guide.Supervising ICU duty doctors.participating daily morning clinical meeting.Performing adult and some paediatric cardiac surgery independently in my unit. Since 6th August till today i have performed a good number different varieties of cardiac surgical procedure in NICVD and in private practice both in adult and paediatric cardiaac surgery.These are CABG, AVR, MVR DVR, Subaortic membranePDA, Myxoma, ASD MICS ASD Closure, VSD, TOF DORV Ebstein Anomaly, , Emergency Device retrieval after failed device closure for ASD etc.I give hand on training to the junior doctors of my unit.I
.To write scientific paper for publication in journals.To prepare topic for presentation in seminars

I did my MBBS in 1988 from Dhaka Medical college and Master Degree(Cardiovascular& Thoracic Surgery) in 2000 July ,from National Institute of Cardio Vascular Diseases, Dhaka, Bangladesh.I have sufficient teaching and research experience. I have some National and international publications.
