Design Packages through MOC procedure for modifications and small to large scale new
installations at plant. Preparation and review of isometrics, equipment & piping layouts, plot plans,
bill of materials, material\ Piping specifications, structural drawings etc.
Performed different Stress analysis of structure using Bentley STAAD PRO.
Conducted Risk Assessment (RA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before startup of jobs.
Conducted Accident / incident investigation at plants.
ERP Implementation
Major responsibility was to implementation of ORACLE based ERP system (ORACLE R-12) Maintenance
module in Fatima. Preparation of Asset categories, Asset coding, Asset numbering, standard operations,
operation resources, Asset BOM, maintenance BOM, PM schedule and rebuild-ables through the team of
Engineers.
Senior Planning Consultant for Aisha Steel Mill - Karachi
Deputed from Fatima Fertilizer to AISHA Steel for the preparation of over all complex erection and
commissioning schedule from Aug-11 - Jan12
Developed and implemented the erection and commissioning schedule for AISHA steel.
Identified the delayed areas and requirement of manpower for achieving the targets dates.
Introduced the philosophy of Phase wise commissioning and prioritize the erection as per commissioning
requirement.
Turnaround Planning
Fatima Started Operation in March 2010, after Operation following responsibilities were assigned.
Turnaround Planning. Budget Preparation, Procurement Follow-up, Consumable \VSM\ Logistics\
rental equipment\ Manpower resource identification and assessment.
Weekly TA review meeting Spares procurement\ logistics arrangement.
Preparation of Job List, Job cards, Work Packs, Lap books for TA jobs.
Turn around Progress Monitoring, Progress presentation, Daily highlights, Post TA analysis & TA report.
Maintenance Planning- Preparation of Monthly report for PM plans and compliance, WO Order
statistics, Job request status and payments compliance.
Preparation of Yearly Department Budget for Inventory and Spares management.

Construction Erection/Pre-commissioning/Commissioning Project Planning
Worked as a Project Planner for Construction /Erection and commissioning for Fatima Project from July
08-May 10 with following responsibilities
Planning, scheduling and monitoring by using Primavera Project Planner P3 & P6.
Calculation of Procurement progress with procurement milestones.
Monitoring monthly status reports of Vendor fabrication, manufacturing & material shipment progress.

Perform analysis and critical path review of the project schedule and recommend necessary recovery plan
