Job Responsibilities(Area Worth Rs. 90 million Approx per month)
•Designed & Implemented plans for the area field force (Distribution Officers, Dsf's, Merchandising Representative and Rsr's) for achieving the agreed distribution, coverage, merchandising & promotion objectives.
•Ensured implementation of cycle plans & activity recommendations for each brand.
•In conjunction with Zonal Manager, assigning monthly objectives/cycle instructions to Field officers & Dsf's and providing subsequent support & follow up for achieving these objectives.
•Managed & ensured that (Dsf's/FO's) are working as per agreed working standards by monitoring their activities through market visit/visit notes.
•Actively participated & assisted Zonal Manager in carrying out administrative action (reports, returns, meetings, warehouse operation) at area level.
•Identified and provided On-The-Job training to FO's/Dsf's. Ensuring that the field force of area is being developed to perform their activities efficiently & actively.
•Establishing good working relationships with (FO's / Dsf's), distributors and trade so as to provide timely and quality information to the Zonal Manager.
•Re-structuring and streamlining the distribution network & carrying Snd secondary sales system in the biggest metro of Pakistan.
•Actively involved in developing a strong area team.
