Follow the Stage gate process for Projects Review from Conceptual design and detailed design of Technical systems till final commissioning, handover, Operation & Maintenance.
• Conduct professional technical review of Company projects including review of technical specifications, product catalogues, and technical drawings and provide appropriate recommendations
• Interpret engineering drawings in Company projects and ensure projects comply with Company standards and requirements.
• Evaluates and recommends the most recent technological equipment, systems and methodology and specific makes and types of equipment that are appropriate to the need, compatible with existing or future systems and are cost-effective.
• Uses a wide range of technical or specialized knowledge and skills including international standards/guidelines
• Scope of work, bill of qualities, cost estimates and complete technical proposal including cost benefit analysis.
• Inspect, test, and accept the systems incompliance with relevant Standards.

Responsible for providing prime technical interface and interaction with Client for successful resolution of discipline related scope and technical issues. •Responsible for planning, managing, prioritizing and scheduling workload and various project activities related to discipline scope.
• Liaise with project management through Project Manager and inter discipline co-ordination.
•Responsible for Contract review, early identification of potential changes in Technical Documents.
• Responsible for detailed engineering activities, engineering deliverables, project reporting and design integrity checks/reviews to ensure that all key issues are identified and mitigated plus developed.
• Responsible and direct procurement activities starting from technical inquiry requests (Inquiry Requisitions) to vendors; participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Direct and provide guidance in the Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) to order placements, budget/schedule monitoring, vendor communication, vendor document reviews, and factory acceptance testing and product release.
• Responsible for maintaining the technical quality of the documents and ensure their delivery in a timely manner. Review ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents and involves in EPC proposal preparation packages.
• Interface and regularly meet with client and vendor representatives, conduct internal staff progress meetings. Ensure total compliance with Company’s ISO Quality procedures

Telecom Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
• System Design and engineering, specification and data sheets, scope of work
• selection of vendors with technical and commercial bid evaluations
• procurement process and vendors drawings and documents review
• Supervision during construction work, testing, commissioning and handing over systems of the project to the client.
• To study the obligations of the project. Maintain coordination and harmony with all other departments including QA/QC and HSE.
• Work within Hazardous identified zones for procurement and installation of equipment and systems as scope of works. The work progress was strictly conducted with highest standard of safety procedures and policies. All equipment and systems to be supplied and installed were to be strictly as per safety terms of respective hazardous zones with client specifications and international standards. Study Drawings, scope of work, Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Material take off statements. Clarify any technical queries towards finalization of shop drawings and material list. Finalize vendor statements for supply of materials, systems and equipment after finalizing approvals from the client. Prepare Method Statements and Inspection Test Procedures, preparation of markups and as built drawings, testing (SAT & FAT) commissioning and handing over and supervise installation and commissioning of the systems to the satisfaction of the client.
