• Implement, Review SHEMS procedures and policies in order to have departmental compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness of HSE programs, procedures and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, effective utilization of best practices, and enhanced productivity.
• Provide continuous monitoring of Safety performance, Company EHS objectives, conducting planned and reactive audits and inspections, recommending actions to facilitate improvement.

Area Engineer of Naphtha Hydrotreating (NHT), Platforming (PLAT) and Continuous Catalyst Regeneration (CCR) Units and was Responsible for meeting production targets as per required specifications by ensuring smooth and safe operation of the process units while heading a team of 30 including Shift supervisors, DCS Operators & Field Operators
• Review daily production reports, chemical consumption reports, fuel used and other material.
• Monitoring & analyzing process parameters using Process Information & Control System (PICS).
• Responsible for manpower training, planning and rotation at process units.
• Prepare SOPs for different kind of operational activities/ emergencies at the unit.
• Discuss all possible trouble shootings, operational emergencies and plant safety with the staff. Plan dummy exercises to keep unit staff ready for any unseen emergency.
• Visit area to ensure effective operation and detecting potential problems. Ensure cleanliness, monitor adherence of safety procedures
• Study & understanding of process detail & operating parameters of the plant including P&ID and PFDs
• Assisting in safe & effective plant operation & troubleshooting, & management of the shift staff.
• Thorough understanding of Safety rules & work permit requirements.
