CT operations involving high pressure, high H2S and ML risks. Ensure Equipment compliance for high pressure lines. Ensuring during CT pressure tests, the operation is conducted under a PTW, having risk assessment done. Ensuring Clear communications established on radios for high pressure testing and opening/closing of valves. Ensuring People involved in high pressure testing jobs understand their responsibilities as per the JSA. High H2S being a big risk on such operations needs high alertness by HSE, to ensure when required ERP is properly implemented. Handling rescue teams to complete drills to simulate a man down situation on a H2S location. Inspection of SCBA’ at site and demonstrating the correct use to all crew. Monitoring alarm system for H2S including in confined spaces. Ensuring lift plans are properly done for CT operations in jobs like stabbing pipe, injector rig up / rig down, coil drum lifts. Working at height at level winds, injector head, coil scan and tower rig up done under PTW and proper supervision. CT operations require use of chemicals which can cause harm to people especially caustic, ensuring the crew are made aware of the correct safety precautions and PPE to be used. Forklift and crane operations supervision to ensure proper lifting gear is available and all lifts completed in compliance.
Conducting SLB standard CAT assessments, Mechanical Lifting, DROPS, Pressure, Health & Support and enforcing PTW and LOTO system compliance.
Closely monitors the implementation and monitoring of the project SLB Worksite Environmental Plan (WEP) and that spill prevention & control, waste minimization & management plans are in effect and monitored. Conduct site entry and exit environmental assessments for Rigless and rig operation.

Assisting HSE Manager to implement HSE Plans Looking after the daily day today Jobs at the Rigless site activity. Monitor all the activities .Intervene where ever it is required. Coach / Training crew to increase the standard of the safety at the site. Supporting Development, maintaining, reviewing and coordinating HSE activities, Make sure waste segregations are done as Local and international Regulations, Conducting inspection on safety equipment’s- Fire Extinguishers, SCBA sets, Confined Space equipment, Conduct Pre-tour, weekly safety meeting. Providing input to Safety Meetings, acting as focal point for safety programs and initiatives, conduct formal activity specific safety induction to employee on board, Conduct safety meeting PSJM with crew while doing any critical activity, like CT, FRAC, WL. Monitor and report on the performance of specific specialist safety team such as fire team, H2s team, buck Up team etc. ensure that those teams are prepared to act accordingly in the event of emergency Conduct Weekly emergency drills which includes, fire drill, H2S drill, Man overboard, abandon drill and man down, carry out weekly and monthly inspection of Life saving and safety equipment.

Participate PMC minutes of meeting, weekly walk through, audit, survey tour, preparation TRA, Deliver Training all Craft e.g.: emergency response & H2s release work at height, hot work (Brown Field) confined space, radiography, excavation, electrical works, lifting & rigging, scaffold, G- Blasting, Monitoring and supervision sub-contractor. HSE team activities.
