A dynamic professional with more than 16 years(Both Gulf and India) of experience in Oil & Gas field, Petrochemical in Mechanical oriented having exposure on Maintenance and Shutdown, Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning & Start up, Operation
•Possess in-depth knowledge of: Rotating Equipment hands on experience such as Roto Dynamic & Positive Displacement Pumps, Steam Turbines, Centrifugal & Reciprocating, Compressors, Engine, blower, fans Mechanical Seal & many more, Static Equipment-Hands on experience of all kind of safety valves, pressure Control valve (PCV), Pressure, Release Valve (PRV), pressure vacuum relief valve (PVRV), Emergency relief valve (ERV) and Pressure safety valve (PSV) and sliding type, linear motion type, on off type valve, Fan, coolers, nozzle, lances, Blowers, burner, strainer, filter, static mixture. loading arm, expansion joints, heat exchanger (shell tube, plate frame, Vessels, Tower, Columns, furnace,
•Depth knowledge in technical, operating, safety and legal requirements and standards relevant to the oil and gas industry (life critical standard)
•Front-led major role in planning shutdown, breakdown, preventive & corrective mechanical maintenance schedules of equipment & components of plants utilities to ensure zero/minimum breakdown increase machinery uptime & equipment reliability
•Have a working knowledge/experience of risk assessment and mitigation methodologies, such as the development and review of risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and method statements.
•Have experience in delivering safety training topics to field based workers, (i.e., employees and contractors).
•Understand the hazards related to oil and gas producing/processing and their relevant controls (e.g., the hazards associated with hydrogen sulfide and other hazardous materials, and plant isolation).
•Have a working knowledge of critical, yet universal safety tasks and control methodologies related to general work (e.g., work at height, confined space entry, and working in or around excavations).
•Have a working knowledge of work permit/authorization processes and their field application.
•Have a working knowledge of job task measurement methodologies (i.e., field based audits/inspections of work processes related to critical and hazardous tasks).
•Have experience in the management of contractors at work sites (i.e., contractor selection, communications, and measurement of performance). In addition, a working experience of strategies for improving contractor performance.
•Has worked in a dedicated HSE role during the execution of a major planned maintenance activity (i.e., T&I), of major project upgrade within an oil and gas facility.
JOB DISCREPTION:
Roles & Responsibilities for supervisor:
* Act as focal point for high priority jobs ( Priority E & 1 )
* Assigns job resources
* Reports the progress of the daily work to enable adjustments to the daily work
schedule when needed
* Reviews job package and prepares to do the task
* Assist the person doing the work in the identification whether the job can be carried
out. If the job cannot be carried out, assign other work to the person doing the work
* In case that equipment is not prepared for maintenance reassign person doing the
work to the next job.
* Insure that safe work permit procedure is followed
* Check if all scheduled job sequences have been completed.
* Return equipment to operations. (RTO)
* Check if all the work for the job is done including the paperwork.
* TECO work order.
* Reviews work status with service providers and originators and adjusts schedule as
required
* Manage / oversee status of daily work
* Interpret outputs from approved Maintenance Planning and Scheduling system
* Interpret job packages
* Initiate safe work permit procedure
* Coordinate the execution of daily scheduled work
* Coordinate emergency work orders
* Ensure the daily scheduling meeting occurs
* Estimate duration (job steps)
* Identify tools and equipment
* Apply local overtime policies
* Assists in allocation of resources for resource leveraging
