Key Result Areas:
• Leading the QA Team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and morale.
• Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks related to product quality, project timelines, and resource constraints, and developing mitigation strategies to address them effectively.

• Implementing data-driven testing using tools like Excel Macros and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ensuring test scripts are modular, reusable, and maintainable, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Setting up test environments and configuring test data required for automation, integrating with databases using SQL for data management.
• Executing automated test suites using selected tools and frameworks, monitoring test execution and analyzing results for defects and performance issues.
