•Handling the tasks of headhunting, identifying, and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile.
•Handling major accounts and directly corresponding with clients.
•Drafting vacancies and advertising in a wide range of media like websites, newspapers, and social networks.
•Conducting telephonic interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for clients.
•Matching qualified candidates with job opportunities based on their skills and client requirements, Shortlisting CVs and forwarding the same to the client for their evaluation.
•Recruiting, selecting, and scheduling interviews with potential employees for the client's organization.
•Negotiating pay and salary structures as well as finalizing arrangements between candidates and clients.
•Coordinating with clients and candidates for end-to-end recruitment.
•Assisting candidates with resume writing and interview preparation.
•Assisting the organization's in meeting its recruiting goals by providing the best recruiting practice.
•Organizing and participating in recruitment drives.
•Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.
•Identifying potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
•Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment. Handling Market Segment All GCC Countries, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Eastern Europe, Fareast, Africa & Arab countries LOCAL EXPERIENCE - (SRI LANKA)
Responsibilities
•Validating all the Details which inputted by the Capturer.
•Capturing Applicant Details in Internal Data Base using Software (Short Hand Typing).
•Assigning Daily work for Data Entry Operator's and Data Validating Officer's
•Coordinating with other staffs
•Verifying Amendments
•Maintaining Leave Records of Outsourced staff
•Reporting Directly to the Manager
•Checking with CRIB system
