• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Generate reports and report to General Manager directly.
• Upload and Download Data on daily basis and make sure the accuracy. Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems.
• System performance tuning.
• Keeping the network up and running
• Control Inventory.
• Invoicing, GRN, Adjustment Note, Transfer Notes and Suppliers Returns
• Creating and testing Database Backups, process, audit and make sure the data are posting properly on daily basis
• Key responsible for Implementation and troubleshooting of all the front office and back office software.
• Gathering and Manage the data flow from the different departments. Verifying or helping to verify data integrity
• Preparing and submitting Management Report for daily basis.
• Reporting to Finance Manager and General Manager directly.
• Defining and implementing access controls to the data
• Control Inventory.
