Accounts Receivables: timely booking of revenue, preparation of invoices to customers as per the terms of agreement, follow up for payment and regularly monitoring of ageing report.
•Accounts Payable: verifying invoices from vendors and booking of expense for the same in system, payment to vendors on time as per the terms of agreement.
•General Accounting: booking journal entries in system relating to prepaid expenses, depreciation etc.
•Banking activity: Filing of various forms for banking facilities, coordinating with bank for issues relating to payments, preparation of bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
•Review, summarize and analyze financial statements (Income statement & Balance sheet) of the companies.
•Preparing diligence report in timely manner considering the impact of corporate actions (Acquisition, Merger & Spin-off).
•Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
•Conduct business analysis on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
•Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve financial performance.
•Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
•Update internal systems with financial data
•Review and implement financial policies.
•Achievement: Raising Star of month award for achieving 98% of productivity.
Handling admin team and supervising performance of operations.
•Responsible for all the administrative processes within the Office, as well as providing general secretarial support to enable the smooth and effective running of the office.
•Maintaining suitable & sufficient office stationary levels.
•Establishing stationary requirements for Office.
•Updating databases with relevant information.
•Co-coordinating & communicating activities for Office, including all events.
•Supported management by providing administrative support as required.
•Organized the set-up of all Office meetings & took minutes during staff meeting.
