Playing a key role in the overall strategic direction of the department with the focus on achieving demanding KPIs and SLAs and contribute effectively to total team output
Analyse data effectively and plan accordingly by using ABT, Access report, MIDT and other MIS tools to suggest strategies to Commercial Manager.
Ensure inventory usage optimally.
Handle Groups pertaining to various activities.
Plan Group sales as per peak / off peak and access to various destinations to achieve Group sales revenue budgets.
Submit periodic reports and analysis to direct reporting to Commercial Manager as required.
Analyze and report on competitive activity.
Respond to Trade enquirers timely and effectively and update Trade and Corporate about the product through mailer.
Build up relationship with Agents and Corporate to generate passenger’s revenues in the
assigned areas and surpass the allocated target and protect existing business.
Prospected and sold communication services to business accounts spanning the Eastern
India region.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number
of contacts to be made.
Call on a minimum 5/6 Agents and Corporate accounts on outdoor sales.
Communicate with Travel Agents on update fares, special discounts grievances in order
to ensure better customer service.
Analyzing information and continuously benchmarking against competitors to get
the groups.
Prepare consolidate and update various sales reports pertaining to sales, travel agents
and market information in order to enable the management to take the right decision.
Coordinate with various departments like sales, pricing, marketing, accounts, personnel,
airport on matters relating to the needs of departments. To keep track and discuss
regularly with sales manager on special approval.
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding special fares, discounts and ensure
that corporate private information is passed to the right people.
Receiving and making Inbound and outbound call pertaining to various activities.
Doing the Pre-Flight and Post Flight (Three flights a week)
Handle Group Bookings
Issuing Tickets/MCO s / PTA / Hotel Vouchers / Tour Order
Doing the Tele - Sales to update the agents about Fares & Products
Handle passengers with lost ticket and complain case
Receive incoming calls from agents and assist them to work in Amadeus GDS system by
providing entries.
Log all calls in Amadeus Agent Management system
Update agent ticket quotas / Follow-up Agent Billing Discrepancy Report.
Update Agent Office Profile and Sign-In creation
Update Agent about Amadeus New Entries
Doing all reservation related jobs.
Doing Pre-Flight (Four flights a week)
Handle passenger with lost ticket / Doing all reports related to reservation
Doing Tele-Sales to update the product
Clear all queues and informed customer / agent about PNR status
