• Preparation of deliverables handled by the Electrical discipline.
• Preparation of load schedule and selection & sizing of major electrical equipment i.e.
Transformers, Switchgears and Battery.
• Preparing advanced calculation sheets i.e. automated cable sizing sheets, load list, conduit
sizing, grounding etc. using excel.
• Preparation & review of all Electrical Layouts including equipment, power, cable, lighting and
grounding.
• Preparation and engineering of specifications & data sheets.
• Good knowledge in NEC, ANSI, IEEE, IEC.

⦁ To prepare Quotations in line with company procedures and delivering within client time frames.
⦁ Designing & Drafting of Electrical drawings and Load schedule Preparations for small and medium scale projects
⦁ Meeting with clients, consultants and contractors for company related projects.
⦁ To provide technical support to sales team to improve overall company success and quality.
⦁ To receive tender documents (Drawings + Specification + Bill of Quantities) pertaining to Mechanical and Electrical works from Consultant/Main Contractor.
⦁ Reviewing of the tender documents and to ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.
⦁ Sending inquiries to the specified/non-specified suppliers for materials & equipment.
⦁ To evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, etc.
⦁ To prepare comparative analysis of all quantities to use the optimum solution.
⦁ Quantity take-off from the drawings according to the project BOQ.
⦁ Preparing the BOQ for final submission to the Client/Main Contractor.
⦁ Preparing value engineering proposals.
⦁ To revise the costing for the post tender clarifications received.
⦁ Preparing final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value.

⦁ Preparation of load schedules and design drawings for DEWA submission.
⦁ Analyze and prepare comparison between
tender drawings and final approved drawings.
⦁ Coordinate with Engineering team for material submittals and handing over document preparation.
⦁ Coordinate with suppliers for negotiation of price, material purchase, follow up and delivery update.
⦁ Coordinate with design team for preparation of shop drawing and follow up for DEWA approval.
⦁ Conduct occasional site visits for better understanding of the site and material requirement.
⦁ Implemented a software for Project costing.
⦁ Coordinate for overall administration of organization
