I have worked for an International client in U.S.A who is a secondary seller on Amazon. I have added products in their inventory, did their prices on regular basis, prepared the sales and profit sheets in Microsoft Excel.
I have worked for four months at Mindbridge, PVT Limited. I was part of a U.S. Based Campaign called Total Call Mobile. It was a mobile network company in Gardena, California. They have outsourced their Customer Service Center to Mindbridge. I worked as a Customer Service Representative and had to deal with people in U.S. They called us with different problems, such as:
