DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
•Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
•Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;
•Analyzing costs and sales;
•Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records;
•Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Recommending various improved materials or machinery (welding, Cutting and Hardox wear plates & parts) to customers and clients by showing how these changes and improvements would lower costs and improve performance.
•Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s need.
•Cooperating with Clients and providing all the fabrication requirements of Mild steel and Hard Steel
• Identifying customer’s current and future requirements.
•Reviewing customer drawing, plans and other documents to prepare technical and commercial quotes and proposal.
•Demonstrating products, services and solution to potential clients.
•Conveying customer technical requirement to the internal engineering teams.
•Putting together technical instruction in relation to the use, operation and maintenance of purchased products.
•Offering after-sales support services.
•Doing Estimation and Costing as per the requirement.
•Preparing weekly sales report and sales forecast for division head
EXPERIENCE OF MACHINES:
•Laminated tubes sealing & heading m/c operating.(PSG)
•Mini120 machines operating
•HVAC
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Machine parameter setting, troubleshooting during process.
•Break down & preventive maintenance of mini m/c.
•To look after the maintenance and the quality produced by the machine..
•Sound ability in planning and achieving PM adherence.
•Active participation in cost saving & productivity improvement projects.
•Attending for Breakdown.
•Maintains, repairs and overhauls air-conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration systems.
•Conducts diagnoses on system operating conditions using central controls or energy management panels.
•Preventive maintenance of machines.
•Daily production reporting to manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Scheduled vehicle service appointment.
•Prepare summaries of vehicle for auto technicians.
•Perform basic auto repairs and assist with more complex vehicle problems.
•Prepare customer invoices and processed customer payments.
