Lead business architect and project lead for Temenos Infinity-based digital banking implementations with European banking clients, owning requirements through to delivery sign‑off.
● Conduct user needs assessments and stakeholder workshops with senior business and IT leaders to shape product roadmaps and prioritise backlogs.
● Translate complex business requirements into user stories, use cases and detailed technical specifications for engineering teams, ensuring traceability from scope to delivery.
● Perform gap analysis between legacy platforms and target digital banking solutions, proposing phased delivery approaches aligned with client constraints.
● Review solution and system designs with architects and developers to ensure they meet regulatory, customer experience and performance expectations.
