audits, HQ Audits.
* Initial Environment Review (IER) Inspection and reporting, Risk Assessment and Management
Action Planning.
* Management & Handling of Environment laboratory.
* Budget preparation, proposals & event celebrations.
* Planning and arranging Environment cell meetings & EOHS meetings.
* Documentation: Consent to Establish & Operate, Environment Statement (Form V), Hazardous
Waste Manifest (Form 13), Form 3, Form 4, Monthly patrak, Water Cess and return, Battery
Returns etc.
* Annual Environment Audit of the company.
* Environment Monitoring: Air, water, waste water effluent, Noise, illumination & hazardous waste.
Workplace monitoring.
* Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Reporting. Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility
* Management & Handling of three different Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), vermi composting
unit; Hazardous waste yard, etc.
* Safety: Identification of Hazards, near miss, accident and incident investigation, Conduct safety
training, inspection, installation, Fire tender operations, Mock drill, Emergency preparedness
planning and execution, etc.
* Fire Hydrant system study, designing and implementation.
* Handling and management of solid waste, hazardous waste, Bio-medical waste, etc.
* Constant coordination and meetings with various departments, vendors, consultants and local
government bodies like MPCB, GPCB & Factory Inspection Team.
* Representing the organization at various industry associations through participation on
committees or task teams.
* Green Building Project Management.
* Social & Environment Impact Assessment study and report preparation.
* Labour & Contract Management, Contract & Tender Documentation & Implementation. Vendor
relationship management.
* SAP user friendly.
