Responsibilities: IN PCN (Ericsson Charging System Product Configuration) & IN MBC Nodes: AIR, SDPs, VS and MINSAT.
• Configuration of
• Recharge Card groups, Top-ups, balance and Validity in Account Information & Refill node.
• SDP for Tarif planning and testing new feasibilities and products.
• Policy and QoS definitions for Data products.
• VAS short codes and new number series.
• Post-paid plans in tarif as a part of post-paid MBC solution.
• Advanced Shared Accounts (Shared ofer and Provider ofer).
• Troubleshooting of level-2 configuration issues related to AIR, VS and SDP.
• BCD functionality readiness in all secondary SDPs.
• Direct customer dealing and product negotiation.
• Solution oriented approach, providing efective, usable and innovative solutions in practical scenario like Troubleshooting of Revenue Assurance Issues.
• Outage analysis, extract improvement plans and ensure implementation of improvement plans.
• Providing RCA to Customer for any kind of Revenue Related Issues.
• Creation of New Tarifs, New Service Classes as Plans and Account & Timer Ofers to provide benefits to a segment of customers
• Troubleshooting of configuration related post-paid issues.
