Working in Dukhan oil and gas Field Support Department for servicing of field instruments. Installation, Punch listing & commissioning of SCADA, PLC, Substation Control System (SCS), Data Gathering Stations (DGU), Weather Station, Fire Alarm and Suppression System, Well head monitoring system supplied by Zencus.
Preparation of Cold and Hot work permits, Excavation permit. Follow Qatar Petroleum (QP) Standards Procedures, Policies and Safety. Job safety analysis (JSA)
Preparation of Daily report, Weekly progress report, Monthly report, job distribution, manpower planning for shutdown activities.

Worked in Polyethylene & Butene-1 plant as an Instrument Engineer. Troubleshooting of major problems, E / I Interface problems, PLS system logic checking. Follow Permit to Work (PTW) system and Indorama’s standards and safety procedures.
Working on ORACLE system. Training to local manpower, supervision of job progress and reporting, Successfully recommissioned the PE Train-2. Working experience of SQUARE - D PLC and supplied by M/s. Black Clawson. Modicon Quantum PLC installation and commissioning for Extruders. SCADA, PE plant Technology is from M/s. Nova.
Hands on exp. on Ronan Nucleonic instruments for IPS, LPS 1 & 2, Extruder all maintenance activities, recovery area instruments, reactor and catalyst area and vaporizer and finishing area instruments. Ultrasonic and Radar Instruments installation and commissioning.
Experience in Valtek valves, Diverter valves, Heaton Hattersly valves, Masoneilan control valves, batch weigh scales, blender weight and silo level measurement.
Worked in Polyethylene (P.E) & Pure Teriphthelic Acid (P.T.A) plants since Project, Commissioning, Startup. Shutdown job and daily routine maintenance jobs. Working experience on all types of TCI instruments in Instrument Workshop.
