• Arrangement of resources required at site.
• Arrangement of third party training for manpower for different trades as required at site.

• Worked in the Projects and Contracts department also where responsible for inviting quotation from various contractors and making comparision charts and submitting the same to reporting boss and V.P.
• In the office maintain the records of the dates for the release of drawings planned and actual released dates and tracking for the same to release the drawings on the targeted date.
• In the office worked as a projects co-ordinator also where responsible to release the shortages of material.
• Checking structural steel in columns, beams and slabs.
• To give clearance for casting of slabs after checking structural steel.
• Post concrete checks.
• Checks for concrete at the time of casting.
• Shuttering and level checks.
• Quantity surveying for steel and concrete.
• Testing of sand, aggregates and cubes at site.
• Involved in Project Management and consultants at ISPAT INDUSTRIES AT Peddar Road, Mumbai.
