- Preparing the documents of ISO in English and Arabic Language.
- Preparing and executing Internal Audit of ISO in the service dept and preparing the final report.
- Translating the quality procedures in English and Arabic Language.
- Assistant in HR especially with every thing related with all staff in Service Department which has foreign engineers and Yemenis.
- Drafts and types correspondence in English and in national language independently
- Daily basis Coordination with Service Manager for NON-Conformity improvement as well process reengineering.
- Coordination with Service Manager for ISO process implementation.
- Corporate sector information gathering.
- Ability to treat the information confidentially.
- Flexible on timing as well as work based on work load.
- Follow the instruction of Management Representative, Service Manager, and HR manager.
