I worked as a sales assistant in fossil, work was mainly about customer services and how can I convince the customer to buy our product. At fossil we were focusing on the Item Per Sale (IPC) and how to increase it in our statistics, in addition to the Sales Per Hour (SPH) and the Average Dollar Sale (ADS). We were always reviewed about our individual statistics and how can we improve them to improve the sales of the shop.
