lead the assessment of new solution ideas
define and refine the solution roadmap.
Set the new product technical specifications.
Ensure all solution releases meet the functionality, performance and quality standards.

Prepare the configuration manuals for any new product (if needed)
Help and advice in the roll-out plan with concerned parties.
Provide support in demo and pre-sales support team.
Work with cross-functional teams to successfully execute internal/external pilot launches.
Provide a clear communication channels when it comes to announcing the completion of new product to related departments (medical, Service desk, operation, etc.).
Identify the SDR (Software Development Request) process.
Review SDRs (Software Development Request) requests.
Make sure that SDRs requested are compliant with MOH policies and standards.
Provide the approval needed in order for the technical team to proceed with the assessment and development.
Review and approve service tickets that requires changes on the VistA and needs developments.
Provide training for concerned disciplines (operation, service desk, clinical teams, etc…).
Supervising the integration teams (clinical and technical) to make sure that all client’s requirements are met based on country’s standards.
Leading the technical and medical teams in developing the clinical modules/packages such as but not limited (Anesthesia, Surgery, ADT, Medical Calculators, EMR review tool, Dental and Patient Portal).
Supervise the UAT testing scenarios preparation and provide recommendation to the team accordingly.
Supervise and guide the UAT team
Lead and coordinate the UAT testing of various Clinical Applications’ module to ensure meeting hospitals’ and health professionals requirements.
Make sure that testing scenarios are available for new developments and changes.
Manage Resource Allocation and Assignment to projects.
Work closely with the CEO, CMO to insure objectives are met, and future projects are planned for and executed accordingly.
Collaborated with the COO and CTO in order to guarantee the technical, medical and planning departments achieve targeted goals and that projects are delivered on schedule.
Overseen recruitment needs for the department by following up with the HR manager.
Represent company in demo and present our EHS programs to potential hospitals, clinics and health organization clients.
Follow and maintain EHS Professional Services Methodology to ensure consistent, efficient delivery of implementations/projects objectives
