▪ Preparing formal correspondences related to grant and loan agreements.
▪ Preparing and following up fund requests with MOPIC and donors.
▪ Following up implementation of fund triggers with donors and related entities.
▪ Preparing, reviewing and following up fund requirements including feasibility studies, concept notes, accredited entities, fund proposals.
▪ Following up implementation of international agreements with partners, along with the agreed upon projects in different fields (Water, WW, Energy, …).
▪ Preparing reports about the financial situation of the water sector and complying with donors requirements.
▪ Preparing the operational plan of the finance directorate and monitoring the implementation of the plan.
▪ Participating in tenders evaluation (technical & financial offers, variation orders, extension of time).
▪ Quality monitoring and evaluation through participating at King Abdullah Award (KAA).

Responsible for:

 Participating in developing and updating the result based action plan for the water sector specially the energy part.
 Following up implementation of fund triggers with donors and related entities.
 Preparing, reviewing and following up fund requirements including feasibility studies, concept notes, accredited entities, fund proposals.
 Following up implementation of international agreements with partners.
 Preparing reports about the financial situation of the water sector.
 Preparing the operational plan of the finance directorate and monitoring the implementation of the plan.
 Participating in tenders evaluation (technical & financial offers, variation orders, extension of time).
 Quality monitoring and evaluation through participating at King Abdullah Award (KAA).

 Preparing technical and financial proposals (construction management and project management offers, extension of time, variation orders).
 Preparing & following up agreement requirements before signing with customers.
 Checking all newspapers and related websites to find new tenders.
 Arranging training requirements (PMP, Primavera 6, Risk Management, … etc).

Responsible for: Preparing & reviewing all the technical specifications for each project design (laboratory systems, cladding systems) before signing the agreement with customers.

Preparing Technical offers, Financial Offers, Tendering Correspondences, Monthly Reports, Quantity Surveying, and Pricing.

Structural design for villas, residential, and commercial buildings.

Quantity surveying and site works.
