In accordance with Agency policy and procedures, the incumbent :
·Enters loan applications data using the applicable management Information System; maintains, modifies and updates loans and client’s data including legal cases.
·Reviews and checks data to verify precision: informs the supervisor of discrepancies and makes the required corrective action as instructed.
·Inquires and generates reports, statistical information and tabular statements; makes copies and distributes as per the disbursement process and procedures.
·Maintains master copies of forms, loan agreements, distribution lists and follows up on their update as necessary.
·Maintains the archiving system including ensuring security and easy retrieval of information and forms.
·Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
